This is the Perl notebook for the Ensembl REST API course. You'll need to clone it (pick the Python kernel) so that you can edit and run the examples, and write your own scripts for the exercises. To do this you'll need to login to your Microsoft account – you should have been warned about this before the course.

All code cells within this notebook contain the following lines:

These are necessary to make the cells run Perl and use the JSON module. When writing your own scripts, please do not delete them from the cells.
